Typeform is looking for an AI Product Operations Lead to drive the adoption and lifecycle of AI systems across the organization. You will take ambiguous problems from discovery to delivery and design AI-native solutions that fit into workflows.
What you will do
- Build and improve backlog of AI opportunities across R&D
- Take ambiguous problems from discovery to delivery
- Design AI-native solutions that fit into workflows
- Help R&D get more value from enterprise AI tools
- Own lifecycle of AI systems including automations and agents
- Establish approaches to evaluation, testing, and maintenance
What you bring
- Strong practical experience applying AI to real-world problems
- Track record of taking ambiguous problems through implementation
- Excellent systems thinking
- Strong user and workflow discovery skills
- Hands-on technical fluency with internal workflows and automations
- Experience managing work independently
