About the job

Clera is looking for a Field Implementation Manager to lead on-site launches at dealerships and deliver hands-on training to staff. This remote role involves troubleshooting implementation challenges and documenting outcomes to ensure smooth transitions.

What you will do

  • Lead on-site launches at dealerships
  • Deliver hands-on training for dealership staff
  • Partner with dealership leaders to explain business value

  • Share field insights with internal teams

What you bring

  • At least 1 year customer-facing experience in training or onboarding
  • Experience leading on-site go-lives and training multiple roles
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly and document outcomes
  • Experience sharing customer feedback with cross-functional teams
  • Comfort using AI tools for training or documentation

Nice to have

  • Background in SaaS, automotive, or field training
  • English/French or English/Spanish bilingual skills
