About the job

ElevenLabs is looking for an IT Engineer to manage endpoints, offices, networks, and SaaS tools. You will deliver technical projects in identity, endpoint management, office infrastructure, automation, and compliance, while building scalable IT systems.

Deliver technical projects in identity, endpoint management, office infrastructure, automation, and compliance
Build scalable IT systems

What you bring

Background in IT Engineering, Technical Operations, or DevOps-adjacent role
Knowledge of identity and access management (SAML, SCIM, OIDC) with Okta and Google Workspace
Expertise in Mobile Device Management (Jamf, Kandji, Fleet)
Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar
Experience managing office network equipment (Cisco Meraki, Ubiquiti)
Ability to maintain compliance with SOC 2 / ISO 27001

Nice to have

Experience implementing corporate security controls
Hands-on experience with VPNs, firewalls, and Zero Trust networking
Experience with OSquery and Santa
Terraform or infrastructure as code experience
Open source contributions
