About the job

ElevenLabs is looking for an Adoption Strategist to drive customer success across North America. In this remote role, you will build scalable programs that help customers get the most value from the ElevenLabs platform.

What you will do

Build and deliver scalable enablement and activation programs
Develop deep product expertise across the ElevenLabs platform
Audit customer setups and share recommendations
Track adoption metrics and develop data-driven strategies
Partner with Account Management and CX for targeted campaigns
Engage with implementation partners and internal teams

What you bring

6+ years in adoption, enablement, or similar role
Experience with voice AI, TTS, or conversational AI
Track record of building adoption programs from scratch
Systems thinker with automation skills using AI tools
Extremely analytical with trend identification
Proficient in English
