Inforcer is looking for a Junior Implementation Manager to support client onboarding across the EMEA region. In this remote role, you will coordinate training sessions, manage implementation projects, and help create educational content.
What you will do
- Plan, book and co-host client webinars
- Organise and support classroom training sessions
- Support delivery of implementation sessions and manage project communications
- Create and update documentation and video content
- Maintain customer learning management system
- Troubleshoot technical issues during implementation
What you bring
- Some experience as Implementation Manager or in project management
- Strong project management and client communication skills
- Previous experience in general administration
- High level of organisation
- Proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement approach
- Ability to meet deadlines with high attention to detail

- Experience contributing to video and educational content
- Technical expertise within the Microsoft stack
