What you will do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment
- Find industry leading talent using tools and networks
- Support growth and hire planning with stakeholders
- Drive company values and culture through assessments
- Lead projects on Employer Branding and EVP
- Leverage AI and automation to build scalable talent processes
What you bring
- 4+ years recruitment experience
- Proven experience hiring top performing talent
- Previous experience hiring globally
- Strong analytical, relationship building and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter with ability to make an impact quickly
- Data-driven approach
Nice to have
- Experience being founding Recruiter or in fast growing start up
- Mixture of agency, RPO, and internal background
- Experience in utilising AI recruitment tools like Co-pilot or Claude
- Previous experience in start up, scaleup, SaaS, MSP or Cybersecurity business
