ElevenLabs is looking for a Legal Operations Lead to design and improve the legal operating model and manage the legal technology stack. This remote role involves partnering with finance, IT, and business teams to align legal processes and define metrics for team performance.

What you will do

Design and improve the legal operating model
Manage legal technology stack including CLM, matter management, and e-billing
Manage relationships with outside counsel and legal service providers
Work with automation teams to change how work is done
Define metrics and build dashboards for team priorities and performance
Partner with Finance, IT, FDE, and business teams to align legal processes

What you bring

7+ years of experience in legal operations
Some experience leading the legal operations function
Deep expertise in legal technology including CLM platforms, e-billing systems, and matter management tools
Experience supporting global teams
Strong analytical skills with experience gathering metrics to drive decisions
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing deadlines

Nice to have

Experience with Ironclad CLM platform
