ElevenLabs is looking for an Employee Relations Partner to handle formal performance processes, investigations, and disciplinary matters. This fully remote role involves partnering with legal counsel and building resources to support employee relations across the organization.
What you will do
- Lead formal performance processes
- Run investigations into misconduct and grievances
- Manage disciplinary and dismissal matters
- Partner with legal counsel on risk assessment
- Triage cases with People Partners
- Build playbooks, templates, and training
What you bring
- Hands-on experience in employee relations cases
- Strong judgment and discretion
- Working knowledge of employment law
- Skilled in clear documentation
- Comfortable with fast-paced changes
- Experience building processes
