ElevenLabs is looking for a People Partner to support its Engineering and Product teams. In this role, you will partner with leaders to enhance team health and performance, provide coaching, and help navigate organizational changes. This is a remote position within a fast-paced, innovative environment.

What you will do

Partner with Engineering and Product leaders on team health and performance
Coach leads and managers on feedback, performance, and conflict
Run proactive 1:1 sessions with leads and team members
Advise on team structures and capability gaps
Support leaders through team changes and new ways of working
Support People programs for Engineering and Product

What you bring

Experience supporting leaders on performance, coaching, and change
Strong coaching skills for difficult conversations
Good judgment and discretion with sensitive issues
Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Comfortable with partnership and hands-on execution
Experience supporting Engineering or Product teams

Nice to have

Experience with globally distributed or multi-jurisdiction teams
