About the job

Flosum is looking for a Salesforce Engineering Manager to lead the architecture, performance, and scalability of their Salesforce and Node.js services. You will own the technical direction of Salesforce applications, mentor senior engineers, and partner with Product and Engineering leadership. This is a remote position based in the Netherlands.

What you will do

Lead architecture, performance, and scalability of Salesforce and Node.js services
Own technical direction of Salesforce applications
Mentor senior engineers
Partner with Product and Engineering leadership
Manage a team of 10 to 15 developers
Set goals, conduct 1:1s, grow careers, hire talent, remove blockers

What you bring

8+ years of software engineering experience
3+ years leading engineering teams
Strong Salesforce expertise including Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Salesforce APIs
Proven Salesforce technical architecture experience
Strong Node.js background
Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems

Nice to have

Experience with Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation
Experience with AWS, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS platforms
Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, or containerization technologies
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I or II, Application Architect, or System Architect
Background scaling SaaS platforms or developer facing products
