About the job

Clera is looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to help shape and execute the product roadmap in a fully remote environment. You will take ownership of complex features from design to delivery while collaborating closely with leadership, design, and operations teams.

What you will do

  • Partner with leadership and teammates to prioritize and execute on the product roadmap
  • Design, develop, and own complex features and software components end to end
  • Deliver robust, scalable, and well-tested code across the full stack
  • Help establish engineering best practices
  • Collaborate with Design and Operations teams to improve the product

What you bring

  • At least 5 years of software development experience, with at least 1 year in system design or architecture
  • Full-stack proficiency with TypeScript and JavaScript on frontend and Node.js on backend
  • Solid experience building frontends with React
  • Experience using MongoDB as an application database
  • Experience with BigQuery for analytics and querying large datasets
  • Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines
  • Interest in AI-focused product work
  • Proven ability to work remotely from the Americas
  • Strong collaboration skills with senior technical leadership
