About the job
Clera is looking for a founding product engineer to join their remote team. In this role, you will own features end-to-end, from discovery to production, and drive architecture decisions.
What you will do
- Own features end-to-end from discovery to production
- Lead product discovery through rapid experiments
- Maintain contact with customers, partners, and Sales
- Design and implement tracking for data-driven iteration
- Build across the full stack and drive architecture decisions
- Balance pragmatic validation with long-term scalability
What you bring
- At least 3 years of product engineering experience in a startup
- Full-stack proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, and React
- Proven ability to own software from architecture to production
- Native or near-native German proficiency (B2 or above)
- Fluent English for team communication
- Available to work with CET overlap
Nice to have
- Experience integrating large language models or building AI features
