Mozilla is seeking a Senior Lead for Enterprise Partnerships & Strategy to define and execute enterprise strategy across products and services. This fully remote role focuses on translating digital sovereignty priorities into enterprise and partnership requirements, while identifying and evaluating strategic opportunities.

What you will do

Define and execute enterprise strategy across products and services
Translate digital sovereignty priorities into enterprise and partnership requirements
Identify and evaluate enterprise opportunities and strategic partnerships
Develop pricing, packaging, licensing, and commercial models
Lead or support partner negotiations and commercial discussions
Build processes and decision frameworks for repeatable execution

What you bring

15+ years of relevant professional experience with B2B technology products
Experience building new partnership or enterprise capability in a partner-led environment
Experience working with European enterprises or public-sector organizations
Strong understanding of digital sovereignty in Europe
Experience developing and negotiating commercial models
Technical fluency to discuss integrations and deployment models

Nice to have

Experience with on-premises or customer-controlled deployment models
Experience with open-source software or open standards
Familiarity with AI-enabled software or enterprise search
Experience building partnerships in an early-stage company
Experience coordinating partnerships across affiliated organizations
