Clera is looking for a Senior Product Designer to take ownership of a modular design system and shape conversion-focused user experiences. This remote role involves designing multi-step onboarding flows and collaborating closely with engineering teams to bring designs into production. You will help define design standards and contribute to a scalable design culture within the organization.

What you will do

Build and maintain a modular design system for live implementations and prototypes
Design multi-step onboarding flows that adapt to modular customer needs
Apply a conversion focused mindset by measuring, testing, and refining user experiences
Prototype rapidly and iterate based on customer feedback and data
Collaborate with front end and back end teams to translate designs into production
Help shape design standards and foster a scalable design culture

What you bring

4-6+ years of designing complex products or workflows, especially in B2B SaaS, enterprise tools, or fintech domains
Strong systems thinking with experience building and maintaining design systems for live and prototyped work
Analytical mindset with a track record of measuring and iterating on user journeys and conversions
Clear communicator who documents decisions and trade offs for team alignment
Comfort working with ambiguity and complex system logic while moving quickly
Experience designing for compliance, fintech, or identity workflows and proficiency with design tools for system management
