About the job
Clera is looking for a Technical Product Engineer/Manager to own the roadmap for core product modules and AI agents. You will work with engineering, design, data science, and machine learning teams to define how agents present context, recommendations, and log actions. This is a remote position.
What you will do
- Own roadmap for core product modules and AI agents
- Define how agents present context, recommendations, and log actions
- Meet with customers in pharma logistics, quality, and supply chain operations
- Work with engineering, design, data science, and machine learning teams
- Set and measure outcomes like automated decisions and time saved
What you bring
- 5+ years product management or product engineering experience
- 2+ years building AI/ML-powered B2B SaaS products
- Hands-on experience with React or full-stack web development
- Working fluency with LLMs, AI agents, and retrieval-augmented generation
- Experience owning product roadmaps and translating customer needs
- Customer-facing product discovery with pharma logistics or supply chain users
Nice to have
- Cold chain, pharma logistics, or GxP-regulated product experience
- Experience with Python, Node.js, React, PostgreSQL, and cloud infrastructure
