About the job

Flink is looking for a Hub Manager to oversee daily hub operations in Tilburg, including picking, packing, and delivery. You will lead a team, ensure safety and compliance, and report to the City Manager.

What you will do

• Manage hub operations including picking, packing, and delivery
• Ensure safety and compliance with food hygiene and labor laws
• Report to City Manager alongside other Hub Managers
• Lead, coach, and develop hub leadership team
• Oversee customer experience and order accuracy
• Recruit, onboard, and train new pickers and riders

What you bring

• At least 3 years of operational experience with process optimization and team management
• Experience managing a team with coaching and feedback skills
• Data-driven and able to translate KPIs into processes
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Hands-on and willing to participate in picking, packing, and inbounding
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus
