Flink is looking for a Branch Manager to lead the hub in Veenendaal. You will manage daily operations, coach a team of shift leads, and ensure a great customer experience. This role offers the chance to make a high impact in a fast-growing start-up environment.

What you will do

• Manage and optimise hub operational flow
• Lead and coach a team of 3-5 shift leads
• Ensure top-notch customer experience
• Recruit, onboard, and train new pickers and riders
• Manage and maintain team schedules
• Foster a collaborative and motivating environment

What you bring

• At least 3 years of operational experience with process optimisation and team management
• Experience managing a team with coaching and feedback skills
• Strong in structuring and optimising processes
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Believes success is a team effort
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus
