About the job
Flink is looking for a Shift Lead to join their team in Veenendaal. In this role, you will lead by example on the floor, guiding pickers and riders while taking ownership of productivity and safety during your shift. You will act as the right-hand of the Hub Manager and step up in their absence.
What you will do
- Lead by example on the floor, guiding pickers and riders
- Take ownership of productivity and safety during shift
- Perform picking, packing, and inbounding tasks
- Act as right-hand of Hub Manager, step up in their absence
- Ensure safety, coach people, assist with inventory, check equipment, maintain hygiene, onboard new hires
- Be point of contact for the team
What you bring
- Hands-on and enjoy working in operations
- Remain calm in stressful situations and motivate team daily
- Some managerial experience, preferably in logistics, retail, or catering
- Available for at least 24 hours per week
- Available to work evenings and weekends
