About the job
Bertelsmann-Jobs is looking for a Warehouse Support Specialist to join their team in Venlo. In this role, you will provide operational support on the warehouse floor, investigate challenges with orders and inventory, and analyze data to improve processes.
What you will do
- Provide operational support on the warehouse floor
- Investigate challenges with orders, inventory, materials, or systems
- Analyze warehouse data using Excel and WMS/ERP systems
- Prepare reports and communicate findings to departments
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and prevent issues
What you bring
- MBO or Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 year of logistics or operational support experience
- Excellent command of English
- Experience with ERP/WMS systems, preferably SAP
- Strong Excel skills including formulas and data analysis
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities
Nice to have
- Experience in a high-tech logistics environment
