QPS, a growing international CRO based in Groningen, is looking for a Financial Controller to join their team. In this role you will lead and coach finance team members while managing month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing and reporting.

- Lead and coach finance team members
- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing and reporting
- Prepare financial statements, reconciliations, and management reports
- Monitor project costs and revenue recognition
- Coordinate budgets, forecasts, and financial planning
- Support statutory reporting, tax, audits, and treasury
Wat je meebrengt
- Bachelor's degree (HBO) or higher in Finance, Accounting, or Business Economics
- At least 5 years of progressive finance experience
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, audits, and Dutch financial reporting
- Experience mentoring or coordinating others
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in English and Dutch
- Proactive, analytical, with process improvement mindset and ERP skills
