QPS is an international Contract Research Organization (CRO) based in Groningen. As a Validation Engineer, you will ensure that laboratory equipment, software, and facilities meet regulatory and quality standards. You will play a key role in maintaining validated systems and supporting continuous improvement across multiple lab locations.

- Plan and perform IQ/OQ/PQ for lab equipment and software
- Maintain validated state of equipment, software, and facilities
- Prepare and improve validation protocols, reports, and SOPs
- Investigate technical issues with risk assessment and root-cause analysis
- Participate in evaluation and validation of new equipment and software
- Train lab personnel on equipment and software use
Wat je meebrengt
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
- Experience with equipment validation, maintenance, or calibration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Planning and project coordination skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
