Destinus is seeking an Operations Finance Lead to join their team in Hengelo. In this role, you will own operations cost accounting and inventory economics across multiple manufacturing sites. You will partner with Operations and Supply Chain to drive cost performance and build financial visibility.

Own operations cost accounting across multiple manufacturing sites
Take ownership of inventory economics
Ensure manufacturing and inventory accounting consistency across sites and legal entities
Own and continuously improve product costing framework
Drive cost and margin performance through variance analysis
Partner with Operations and Supply Chain to optimize cost drivers

Wat je meebrengt

Solid experience in operations finance, manufacturing controlling, cost accounting or FP&A in industrial or manufacturing environment
Proven experience owning or building product costing frameworks, inventory accounting and manufacturing variance analysis
Strong understanding of operational finance, budgeting, forecasting, margin analysis and performance management
Experience building finance processes, controls and reporting structures
Strong understanding of internal controls and financial compliance in multi-entity organizations
Confidence working with large data sets, ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics and advanced Excel

Mooi meegenomen

Experience with ERP or MES implementation, redesign or integration
CPA, ACCA, CIMA, CMA or equivalent professional qualification
Another European language
Experience in aerospace, defense, high-tech manufacturing or fast-scaling industrial environment
Experience supporting external audits, institutional lenders, investors or financial diligence processes
