Destinus is looking for a Program Contract Manager to take ownership of the contract baseline for defence programmes in Hengelo. In this role, you will lead commercial negotiations and align internal teams around contractual commitments, supporting the Programme Manager in customer interactions.

Own the contract baseline for one or more defence programmes
Act as workstream lead within the Programme Management team
Support the Programme Manager in the customer interface on contract delivery
Lead commercial negotiations with customers in bid and change processes
Align internal functions around a single shared view of contractual commitments
Trigger change management and maintain milestone and payment tracking

Wat je meebrengt

Degree in engineering or comparable technical discipline
2-5 years of experience in project, programme or contract delivery roles
Proven stakeholder management skills
Ability to read a contract and translate it into a delivery plan
Structured, organised and reliable under pressure
Strong written and spoken English

Mooi meegenomen

Working knowledge of Dutch, German or Spanish
Exposure to government or military customers and defence procurement
Familiarity with earned value management, milestone-based contracting or export-control frameworks
Experience introducing structure into a fast-growing organisation
