Vertage is looking for a Learning Technologist to support and enhance digital learning solutions in Hoofddorp. In this hybrid role, you will work on the LMS, create e-learning content, and explore AI tools to improve learning processes.

Wat ga je doen

  • Support and improve the LMS, including content management, user access, configuration, and troubleshooting
  • Create and update e-learning modules, videos, and digital resources using tools like Articulate 360, Vyond, and Camtasia
  • Translate learning needs into practical digital solutions with L&D and business colleagues
  • Build and test simple web pages, learning portals, dashboards, or workflow prototypes using HTML, CSS, and other tools
  • Explore AI tools like Claude Enterprise and Microsoft Copilot to improve learning and workflows
  • Support automation and platform improvements using Power Automate, and work with learning data, Excel, and Power BI for reporting

Wat je meebrengt

  • Practical experience or relevant foundation in digital learning, e-learning development, LMS administration, or digital content creation
  • Experience with at least one digital learning tool, LMS, or comparable platform, or relevant skills from education, internships, or projects
  • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS, with interest in JavaScript, APIs, and automation
  • Interest in AI and exploring new technologies for learning and processes
  • Comfortable with digital tools, spreadsheets, or reporting data, and willing to develop these skills
  • Clear English communication and ability to work with diverse teams
