This role is open to internal candidates only. As a Junior Talent Coach, you will support instructors at Rostudios by observing classes, providing constructive feedback, and helping them grow. You will work onsite at the HQ in the Netherlands.
Wat ga je doen
- Plan and schedule instructor reviews
- Observe classes and arrive on time
- Prepare feedback notes after class
- Conduct feedback conversations in person or by call
- Complete feedback forms and write clear feedback
- Update Asana and email feedback to instructors
Wat je meebrengt
- At least one year of teaching experience at Rostudios
- Skilled at giving feedback and developing others
- Able to evaluate performance clearly and fairly
- Excellent knowledge of reformer pilates or indoor spinning
- Must be able to use discretion
- Flexible schedule and reachable for emergencies including weekends and evenings
