GlobalFoundries is seeking a Member of Technical Staff for IP Engineering to contribute to processor and compute IP development from concept to delivery. In this role, you will apply expertise in architecture analysis, microarchitecture, RTL design, verification, and signoff while collaborating with global cross-functional teams.

Wat je meebrengt
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- At least 6 years of experience in digital IC or IP development including front-end design, RTL, verification, or computational IP
- Strong understanding of processor, memory, and system architectures
- Hands-on experience in microarchitecture, RTL design, simulation verification, formal verification, or signoff
- Proficiency with SystemVerilog, Verilog, UVM/OVM, and relevant EDA tools
- Programming or scripting experience in Python, C/C++, Perl, Shell, Assembly, or similar languages

- Experience with complex processor, SoC, or computational IP projects
- Experience collaborating with distributed engineering teams
- Experience improving engineering methodologies, verification flows, automation, or quality processes
- Experience contributing to technical reviews and design discussions
- PhD or advanced specialization in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
