GlobalFoundries is seeking a Senior Member of Technical Staff for its IP Engineering team in the Netherlands. This role involves leading the development and delivery of processor and compute IP solutions while providing technical leadership across architecture, design, verification, and implementation. You will collaborate with global teams and mentor engineers to drive technical growth.

Wat je meebrengt
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in digital IC/IP development, design, verification, implementation, or technical project leadership
- Strong understanding of processor, memory, and system architectures
- Proven expertise in digital design and verification methodologies including RTL development, simulation, formal verification, and signoff
- Proficiency with SystemVerilog, Verilog, and modern semiconductor development environments and EDA tool flows
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Mooi meegenomen
- Experience leading large-scale or multi-site engineering projects and teams
- Deep expertise in processor microarchitecture, RTL design, functional verification, formal verification, or SoC/IP integration
- Programming and scripting experience using Python, C/C++, or similar languages
- Experience driving methodology improvements, automation initiatives, and engineering best practices
- Customer-facing experience and participation in technical roadmap discussions
