Kraft Heinz is looking for a Senior R&D Packaging Technologist to join their team in Nijmegen. In this role, you lead packaging development projects with a consumer-first mindset and drive complex initiatives independently. You will also coach team members and support innovation and cost-out efforts.

- Lead packaging development projects with a consumer-first mindset
- Lead large or complex packaging projects independently
- Deliver technical NPD, VE and Supply Chain projects through R&D governance
- Lead supply chain projects from packaging perspective including new equipment and filling lines
- Support packaging development team in innovation and cost-out pipeline
- Coach members of the wider packaging team
Wat je meebrengt
- Completed packaging, engineering or science degree
- Over 8 years of experience in packaging development in a complex matrix organization
- Strong communication skills for informing, influencing and stakeholder management
- Ability to simplify complex technical topics for non-technical audience
- Fluent in business English written and verbal
- High level of ownership and decision making
