Over de functie

Sopra Steria is looking for a Programme/Project Controller to join their team in Noordwijk, supporting ESA programs. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing planning and control procedures, managing budgets, and ensuring financial compliance for complex projects.

Wat ga je doen

Implement and operate planning and control procedures for progress visibility and compliance
Assist in preparing tender documents or contract changes and evaluating proposals
Support management of industrial contracts, monitoring cost, progress, invoicing, payments, and deviations
Establish and maintain annual budgets, manpower planning, cost at completion, and geo return files
Monitor financial commitments for compliance with budgetary provisions
Prepare regular programmatic and financial reports to ESA management and delegations

Wat je meebrengt

Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent
Experience in controlling and managing activities and resources in aerospace
Experience in Satcom industry (space and ground segments)
Experience with Private-Public partnership contracts
Experience in maintaining Cost at Completion and initiating mitigation actions
Proficient in planning and project control tools (e.g., SAP, MS Excel, MS Project)

Mooi meegenomen

Experience with industrial return forecasting and reporting
Experience in analysis of business cases or third-party investments
Knowledge of another official ESA language
