Avery Dennison is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth in the FMCG and retail sector. In this hybrid role based in Oegstgeest, you will build strategic relationships and navigate complex sales cycles to secure commercial wins.

Build relationships with decision-makers at FMCGs, retailers, and contract manufacturers
Generate leads and manage pipeline in SFDC
Identify unmet needs and provide insights for product development
Navigate long enterprise sales cycles to secure commercial wins
Collaborate with sales team to transfer opportunities to converter channel

Wat je meebrengt

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
9+ years of B2B enterprise sales or business development in labels or packaging
Proven track record with FMCG brands and European retailers
Strong analytical and influencing skills
Fluency in English
Ability to travel up to 50%

Master's degree preferred
Additional languages such as French and German strongly preferred
