Boskalis is looking for a Senior Naval Architect to join their team in Papendrecht. In this role, you will lead the design and development of vessels from concept through to delivery.

Wat ga je doen

Analyze customer demand and develop concept design with budget and specifications
Communicate with suppliers and monitor new products and developments
Involve external expertise and classification societies early in projects
Support shipyard site team during construction, review drawings and specifications
Manage all parties and monitor time, quality, and budget
Attend sea trials and participate in final vessel acceptance

Wat je meebrengt

Bachelor or master’s degree in Naval Architecture
Proven experience in vessel design and calculations
At least 10 years of work experience
Knowledge of classification society rules
Excellent command of Dutch and English
Willingness to travel internationally 10-20%
