Aceve is looking for a Development Manager to lead and coach engineering teams in Rotterdam. In this hybrid role, you will set the technical direction, manage budgets, and drive the use of AI in development.

- Strong leadership experience with multiple teams using modern practices
- Experience in an engineering management team
- Up-to-date view on using AI in development
- Experience leading multiple teams, handling budgets, and legacy systems
- Fluent in English
