Wakuli is looking for a Multi-Store Manager to oversee daily operations across two to three locations in Rotterdam. You will lead and coach team leads and baristas, ensuring consistent customer experience and service quality.

• Handle hiring, onboarding, and development of staff
• Ensure consistent customer experience and service quality
• Own store performance including revenue, waste, and compliance
• Support scheduling and monitor stock and safety

• 3+ years of experience leading teams in hospitality, retail, or operations
• Proven ability to coach, hold accountable, and grow performance
• Strong operational instincts and problem-solving skills
• Sense of ownership, structure, and service quality
• Fluency in English
• Availability of 38 hours per week including at least one weekend day
