Wakuli is looking for a Multi-Store Manager to oversee daily operations across two to three locations in Rotterdam. You will lead and coach team leads and baristas, ensuring consistent customer experience and service quality.
What you will do
- Manage daily operations across two to three locations
- Lead and coach team leads and baristas
- Handle hiring, onboarding, and development of staff
- Ensure consistent customer experience and service quality
- Own store performance including revenue, waste, and compliance
- Support scheduling and monitor stock and safety
What you bring
- 3+ years of experience leading teams in hospitality, retail, or operations
- Proven ability to coach, hold accountable, and grow performance
- Strong operational instincts and problem-solving skills
- Sense of ownership, structure, and service quality
- Fluency in English
- Availability of 38 hours per week including at least one weekend day
Nice to have
- Dutch language skills
