HousingAnywhere Group is looking for a Strategy & Planning Manager to join their team in Rotterdam. In this role, you will drive strategic recommendations and support executive leadership with planning cycles. You'll work in a hybrid environment with two office days per week.

Frame and drive recommendations on strategic questions like pricing and market strategy
Size opportunities and build business cases for strategic bets
Design operating playbooks and decision rules for profitable growth
Support executive leadership with monthly, quarterly, and annual planning
Synthesize competitive and market intelligence into strategic insights

Wat je meebrengt

4-6 years experience in management consulting or strategy/BizOps in a tech company
Ownership of strategy and planning cycles like annual plans or OKRs
Strong structured problem-solving skills
Commercial and quantitative judgment with unit economics and metrics
Excellent written synthesis in English

Mooi meegenomen

Experience with pricing strategy or monetization
Exposure to M&A or post-merger integration
Familiarity with two-sided marketplace dynamics
Additional European language
