Redcare Pharmacy is looking for a Team Leader Logistics to oversee a team of 20–50 employees in Sevenum. In this role, you will coordinate daily warehouse operations and support your team through coaching and motivation.

- Lead a team of 20–50 employees in logistics
- Coach, train, and motivate the team
- Act as main contact for operational and people topics
- Coordinate and monitor daily operations
- Collaborate with other Team Leads and report to Shift Lead
- Create staff deployment plans and monitor attendance
