Redcare Pharmacy is looking for a Team Leader Logistics to oversee a team of 20–50 employees in Sevenum. In this role, you will coordinate daily warehouse operations and support your team through coaching and motivation.

What you will do

Lead a team of 20–50 employees in logistics
Coach, train, and motivate the team
Act as main contact for operational and people topics
Coordinate and monitor daily operations
Collaborate with other Team Leads and report to Shift Lead
Create staff deployment plans and monitor attendance

What you bring

Initial experience in leading or coordinating employees
Strong knowledge of warehouse and logistics processes
Hands-on mentality and structured problem-solving
Open and honest personality
Strong team orientation
Good German and English skills

Nice to have

Dutch language skills
