ElevenLabs is looking for an Enterprise Sales Lead to own the healthcare function across health systems, payers, and pharma or medtech. This role involves building and leading a high-performing enterprise sales team and driving growth with large health organizations. You will work remotely and partner closely with engineering to integrate with critical healthcare systems.

Own enterprise healthcare function across health systems, payers, and pharma/medtech
Define enterprise ICP, sales methodology, and repeatable motion for each segment
Build and lead high-performing enterprise sales team
Land and expand with large health systems, health plans, and life sciences companies
Work through BAAs, security review, and AI governance boards
Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to scope integrations with EHR, claims, and telephony systems

Wat je meebrengt

Proven enterprise sales leadership in high-growth, product-led tech company (AI/ML strongly preferred)
Track record selling to health systems, payers, or life sciences, with fluency in HIPAA, BAAs, and long, multi-stakeholder cycles
Experience building and scaling sales teams from the ground up
Seven-figure enterprise deals and complex sales cycles
Ability to be strategic and hands-on at once
Executive presence at C-suite and board levels
