Clera is looking for a Senior Data Engineer to design and build a multi-source data platform. This role focuses on ingestion, event-driven processing, and data transformation for the LATAM region.
Wat ga je doen
- Design multi-source data platform for concurrent ingestion and event-driven processing
- Build intake pipelines for APIs, webhooks, files, and web scraping
- Orchestrate scheduled workflows and historical backfills
- Develop messaging and task queue systems with retries and dead-letter queues
- Preserve source payloads in cloud storage and transform data with dbt
- Implement idempotent upserts, data contracts, validation, and monitoring
Wat je meebrengt
- At least 5 years building and operating production data platforms
- Hands-on production experience with dbt and Google Cloud Platform
- Experience with workflow orchestration tools like Airflow, Dagster, or Prefect
- Strong Python skills including asynchronous HTTP and concurrent processing
- Strong SQL and PostgreSQL skills including data modeling and query optimization
- Experience with event-driven systems, messaging, and failure recovery
