Clera is looking for a Senior Forward Deployment Engineer to join their remote team. In this role, you will turn customer requirements into live production systems, configuring AI logic and integrations. You will work hands-on with LLM applications and ensure deployments are reliable and observable.
Wat ga je doen
- Translate customer requirements into implementation plans and production workflows
- Configure AI logic, prompts, data flows, and guardrails for live deployments
- Build integrations with third-party systems using APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and API keys
- Develop and test glue code and features with monitoring and logging
- Debug production issues across calls, workflows, and data
- Create reusable deployment templates and playbooks
Wat je meebrengt
- Several years of experience translating customer requirements into production implementations
- Hands-on production experience with LLM applications including prompting, tool use, RAG, evaluation, and failure analysis
- Strong coding skills for integrations and features, plus testing, monitoring, logging, and debugging
- Cloud deployment and observability fundamentals
- Pragmatic, delivery-focused approach
- German proficiency at B2 level or above
