Mozilla is looking for a Senior Payroll Analyst to manage end-to-end payroll processing for US and Canadian employees. You will ensure compliance with tax regulations, resolve payroll issues, and act as a subject matter expert on payroll best practices.

Manage end-to-end payroll processing for US and Canadian employees
Ensure compliance with payroll tax regulations and reporting
Resolve payroll issues with internal and external partners
Partner with People Operations, Benefits, and vendors for accurate deductions
Act as subject matter expert for payroll best practices and system capabilities
Assist with year-end activities including W-2s, T4s, tax filings, and audits

Wat je meebrengt

BA/BS in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field
7+ years of payroll processing experience, preferably US and Canadian
Strong knowledge of federal and state/provincial payroll tax regulations
Experience with payroll systems, ADP Workforce Now preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills
