SYNTEGON is seeking a Product Manager Service to join their team in Weert. In this role, you will analyze installed base data and drive the service strategy for the FDV business unit. You will own the service portfolio from concept through launch to retirement, leading the development of new service products and campaigns.

Analyze installed base data for trends and opportunities
Facilitate service strategy process for FDV business unit
Own service portfolio from concept to launch to retirement
Lead development and launch of new service products and campaigns
Gather and translate customer needs into portfolio improvements
Define service-related development needs for R&D roadmap

Wat je meebrengt

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field
5+ years experience in product management, service portfolio management, aftermarket management or related role in industrial equipment or packaging machinery
Strong understanding of service business models, installed base management and lifecycle management
Experience translating customer needs and market insights into products or services
Strong analytical skills using data to drive decisions
Experience in cross-functional collaboration with service, sales, R&D and marketing
