Avery Dennison is seeking a Technical & EHS Lead to champion safety and oversee maintenance across multiple Dutch sites. Based in Zoeterwoude-Rijndijk, this role combines environmental health and safety leadership with technical supervision.

Champion safety culture and employee engagement
Develop and deliver EHS training programs
Lead incident investigations and implement learnings
Supervise daily maintenance and repair work
Provide EHS oversight for multiple sites
Travel bi-weekly to other Dutch locations

Wat je meebrengt

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or related field
3+ years EHS experience in manufacturing
Knowledge of Dutch EHS regulations
Experience with life safety codes, HAZOP, and Process Safety Management
Ability to influence teams without direct authority
Fluent in Dutch and English
