Leak detection and logistics for KMZ
KMZ · Service technician and logistics employee
Multiple positions, each with its own profile
Remco Bloemheuvel from KMZ, active in climate rental, was looking for leak detection specialists and logistics employees to support the company's growth.
In climate rental, installations must be quickly and reliably at the customer's location and continue to work. A leak detection specialist identifies leaks in cooling and climate systems using special measuring equipment and advises on repair. Logistics employees ensure that rental equipment is checked, loaded, and delivered on time. Each role requires its own type of candidate, with its own way of searching.
Every position its own story
For multiple positions, we don't write a general story. Each position gets its own message: the technician reads about the work and the materials, the office worker about the tasks and collaboration. This way, every candidate recognizes their own profession.
For each position, we specify which experience is immediately required and what can grow within the company. Responses are followed up per position, so that each candidate is discussed for the correct vacancy.
The message contains, per position, the things candidates pay attention to: the content of the work, the working hours, the responsibility, and the development opportunities.
This is how the campaign fits into our way of working: position and region determine the message and channels, and concrete questions in the application process help discuss alignment with the team, even before the first interview.
