Multi Pilot Simulations (MPS) from Groenekan has been making flight simulators for commercial aircraft since 2007.
The company was looking for a technician, a mechanic, and a logistics employee who fit into an innovative and energetic work environment.
A flight simulator is a complex system of mechanics, electronics, software, and visuals. Technicians and mechanics build, test, and maintain these systems, where every deviation counts: pilots must be able to rely on them. The logistics employee ensures that parts and materials are at the right place on time. Each role requires a specific type of candidate, with its own way of searching.
Every position its own story
For multiple positions, we don't write a general story. Each position gets its own message: the technician reads about the work and the materials, the office worker about the tasks and collaboration. This way, every candidate recognizes their own profession.
