ILIAS Solutions nv is looking for a Junior Scrum Master to join their team in Almere. In this role, you will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth Agile workflows. This is a permanent, full-time position with a hybrid work schedule.

- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies
- Identify and remove impediments
- Partner with Market Product Managers on backlog refinement
- Collaborate with Tech Writers on documentation planning
- Monitor team health and track Agile metrics
- Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and stakeholders on dependencies

- Up to two years of experience in an Agile environment
- Working knowledge of Scrum and Agile principles
- Facilitation and communication skills
- Organisational discipline to track dependencies
- Ability to build working relationships across multidisciplinary teams
- Professional working proficiency in English
Mooi meegenomen
- PSM I or CSM certification
- Experience in a Spotify-inspired organisation
- Exposure to Agile metrics and improvement practices
- Familiarity with Jira or comparable Agile board software
