EVERIENCE is looking for a Scrum Master to join their team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will guide teams through Agile practices and help improve collaboration and delivery processes.

- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies
- Coach teams in Agile principles and continuous improvement
- Remove impediments affecting team delivery
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and stakeholders
- Improve collaboration, transparency, and delivery processes
- Identify dependencies, risks, and improvement opportunities
Wat je meebrengt
- 5+ years as Scrum Master or Agile Coach
- Relevant higher education or equivalent experience
- Excellent Dutch and English communication skills
- Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies
- Experience with software development or technology teams
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder-management skills
Mooi meegenomen
- Experience with SAFe, Kanban, or other Agile frameworks
- Scrum certification (PSM, CSM, or SAFe)
