Sinclair is looking for a Supervisor Quality Control to lead its QC team in Almere. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, coach analysts, and ensure testing activities run smoothly. You will work onsite to maintain high quality standards in a regulated environment.

Supervise and coach QC Analysts in daily operations
Create and manage daily and weekly QC team planning
Train new QC Analysts and maintain team competency matrix
Perform or oversee chemical, physical, and microbiological QC testing
Review and release incoming raw materials in ERP and QMS
Own qualification and calibration scheduling of QC equipment

Wat je meebrengt

HLO or Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Techniques or equivalent experience
Fluent in English
Minimum 3 years of experience leading or supervising a team in a regulated laboratory or QC environment
Proven experience with daily and weekly planning of laboratory or QC testing activities
Hands-on laboratory experience in a regulated environment
Experience with QC test methods including chemical, physical, or microbiological

Mooi meegenomen

Fluent in Dutch
Hands-on experience with QC equipment operation, troubleshooting, and qualification or calibration
Experience in a Class III or high-risk medical device environment
