Breeze is looking for a Business Development Representative to join their team in Amsterdam. In this hybrid role, you will own the outbound pipeline for your territory and drive engagement through multi-channel outreach.

- Own outbound pipeline for your territory and hit weekly and monthly meeting targets
- Run high-volume, multi-channel outbound across email, LinkedIn, phone, and other channels
- Qualify inbound and outbound interest against ICP and hand off meetings with context
- Manage multi-touch sequences and persistent follow-up across long buying cycles
- Build and maintain target account lists and map buying committees
- Write account-specific outreach and run structured experiments on messaging
Wat je meebrengt
- 1–3+ years in sales development, business development, or outbound prospecting with a track record of hitting targets
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound across multiple channels including phone
- Strong written communication skills
- Genuine persistence and organization
- Hands-on with CRM and sales engagement tooling like Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, SalesLoft, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Commercial curiosity to learn how payments work and explain it plainly
Mooi meegenomen
- Experience prospecting into fintech, payments, ecommerce, gaming, or other high-volume digital commerce verticals
- Experience at an early-stage or high-growth startup, especially as an early outbound hire
- Ability to pull and analyze your own outbound data
- Experience building a sequence or territory from zero
