Bynder is looking for an Enterprise Customer Onboarding Manager to lead complex implementations for top-tier SaaS clients. In this hybrid role based in Amsterdam, you will drive rapid time-to-value and collaborate across teams to ensure successful onboarding.

Wat ga je doen

Lead complex enterprise implementations across multiple stakeholders and workstreams
Conduct workshops for requirement gathering and advise on taxonomy and metadata structures
Lead adoption of AI tools to automate enterprise workflows
Drive rapid time-to-value and identify expansion leads for sales
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to resolve implementation issues
Orchestrate resources across teams and maintain project data hygiene

Wat je meebrengt

Proven track record managing onboarding programs for Tier 1 and Tier 2 SaaS customers
Technical aptitude for enterprise architecture and APIs, integrations, or SDK configurations
Strategic AI literacy and comfort leading AI platform adoption
Fluency in English and proficiency in German or French
Willingness to travel and work from Amsterdam office at least two times a week
Exceptional systemic thinking and problem-solving skills
